How information is handled when you use CognitiveWP.

Calculator inputs
Our current calculators process entered values in your browser. Their calculation code does not send those figures to CognitiveWP’s server or save them in browser storage. Avoid entering confidential business records into any public website.
Website requests and technical data
Visiting a website sends technical information such as your IP address, browser details, requested URL, and request time to the hosting infrastructure. Hosting, security, and WordPress services may process this information to deliver and protect the site.
Contact forms, email, and communications
When you submit our inquiry form, we receive your name, email address, and message. Fluent Forms stores submissions in our WordPress website and sends an email notification to our contact inbox. Technical details, including your IP address, browser information, and submission time, may also be recorded to manage submissions and help prevent abuse.
If you email us directly, we receive your email address and the information you include. We use inquiries and related correspondence to respond, investigate reported issues, and consider tool suggestions. Please do not send passwords, payment details, confidential business records, or sensitive personal or client information.
Contact us if you have a question about information you submitted or want to request its deletion. We may need enough information to locate the inquiry and confirm your request.
Service providers
The site uses WordPress and Hostinger hosting. Email and infrastructure providers may process information needed to deliver those services. External links are governed by the destination’s own privacy practices.
Cookies and site functionality
WordPress may use cookies for authentication and administrative functionality. The calculator code itself does not set cookies. Browser settings let you manage or delete cookies; disabling some cookies may affect account or administrative functions.
Changes to this notice
If we introduce new data-collection features, this notice should be updated to describe them. The effective date above identifies this version.
