What is this business transcription cost calculator?
This calculator estimates a transcription bill using the supplier’s price per recorded audio minute. It applies a percentage surcharge to the base charge and adds fixed fees. Audio minutes are different from the working minutes needed to produce the transcript.

Per recorded audio minute. Staff effort may be much longer than the recording itself.

Only if the quoted rate or extra fees cover them.
What if the supplier has a minimum fee?
Compare the computed charge with the supplier’s minimum and use the actual contract rule.
